Example I have experienced a neighbourhood conflict. Last Sunday I was taking a walk in the neighbourhood when an unleashed Rottweiler attacked me, leaving me with multiple skin wounds. The dog owner never said sorry to me.
In my opinion, the conflict was caused by the dog owner’s lack of morality. What’s more, aggressive dog breeds like Rottweilers should be included in banned lists across cities.
