Unit 2 重难点突破 （1） there be句型 一、 there be句型的概念 there be句型是英语中常用的句型之一,主要 用来表示“某处有某人或某物”。 这种句子结构中的 there是个引导词,本身没有词义; be后面的名词或 名词短语为主语, be动词要与主语在数上保持一 致;句子的最后是时间状语或地点状语。 二、 there be句型中be动词的使用原则 在there be结构中, be动词要与主语在数上保 持一致。当主语是可数名词单数或不可数名词时, 在一般现在时中be动词用is,在一般过去时中be 动词用was;当主语是可数名词复数时,在一般现在 时中be动词用are,在一般过去时中be动词用 were;当主语是两个或两个以上的名词时, be动词 要与离它最近的那个主语在数上保持一致,即遵循 “就近原则”。 三、 there be句型结构 1. 肯定句 (1) There is/was (+冠词)+可数名词单数/不 可数名词(+其他). (2) There are/were +可数名词复数(+其他). 2. 否定句 there be结构的否定句在be动词后加not 或no。如果句中有some,则要变成any。 3. 一般疑问句 there be结构的一般疑问句只要把be动词 提到句首,首字母大写,末尾的句点改为问号即 可。如果句中有some,则要变成any。 方法归纳: there be 句型口诀 there be句型有特点,主语放在be后面,多 个主语并列时, be随最近主语变。变疑问很简 单,把be提到there前;变否定也不难, be的后 面not添。肯定句中用some,疑问、否定any 换。介词短语表地点,“有”表“存在”记心间。 一、 用be动词的适当形式填空。 1.
