Lead in. 一、名词的数分类 单数：用原形 可数名词 规则变化 复数 名词的数 不规则变化 不可数名词 二、Take an example: I have an English book and four art books. Ask a question: Why is the form of the same book different? Answer: Because the quantity is different, all forms are different. Step 2. Presentation 一、Ask : 什么是名词单复数的变化？ Answer : 名词要表达数量“多于一个”的时候要发生的小变化。 Eg : a banana → two bananas a cat → nine cats an egg → many eggs 二、规则的可数名词复数形式变化： 1. 一般情况在词尾加-s：table-tables, bird-birds, cake-cakes, day-days, pencil-pencils。 2. 以s, x, ch, sh结尾的名词后加-es：bus-buses, fox-foxes, watch-watches, dish-dishes。 3. 以辅音字母加y结尾的名词，变y为i加-es : family-families, story-stories, city-cities。 注意：以元音字母加y结尾的名词，复数直接加在词尾加-s。 4. 以-f或-fe结尾的词，变-f和-fe为v再加-es：wife-wives, knife-knives, wolf-wolves, thief-thieves, shelf-shelves, leaf-leaves。 例外：加-s chief-chiefs, proof-proofs, roof-roofs。 5. 以辅音字母加-o结尾的名词: 有生命体的+es：Negro-Negroes, hero-heroes, potato-potatoes, tomato-tomatoes, mango-mangoes；（一个黑人英雄，爱吃西虹市和土豆） 无生命体的+s：radio-radios, zoo-zoos, piano-pianos, photo-photos。 Step3.
