UNIT 2 BRIDGING CULTURES 单元整体教学设计 人教版必修二Unit 2 Bridging Cultures 第八课时 * Video Time +* Project 教学设计 I．教学内容 Student Book :* Video Time +* Project II．课时目标 学生通过本课时的学习，能够： 1． 通过观看视频，了解外国人眼中的中国文化，增强文化自信。 2． 与小组同伴合作，为自己的学校制作一份宣传册。 3． 用简洁的语言向外国朋友介绍自己的学校。 4． 用英语向外国人介绍中国文化。 III．教学思路 在 Video Time 的教学部分，教师首先通过展示外国人在中国的照片激发学生的兴趣，然后让学生完成预测、填表、补全句子、问答等活动，循序渐进地理解视听内容，最后通过相关话题的讨论，进一步培养学生的思维和表达能力。在此基础上，教师引入 Project 部分的活动，让学生制作学校的宣传册，向外国留学生介绍自己的学校，鼓励他们来自己的学校参观、访问和交流。学生分小组活动，分头收集材料、分享初稿，并在课后完成宣传册的制作。 IV．教学过程 Activity 1: Make a prediction about the video. 1. Look at some pictures of foreigners living in China and discuss the question : Why are more and more foreigners coming to study or work in China ? 2. Look at the photo from the video and read the introduction of the video . Make a prediction about the video by ticking the items in BEFORE YOU WATCH on page 24. 3.
