Activity 1: Reviewing:
What are the essential qualities of a scientist?

This activity encourages Ss to reflect on what we have learned. In this activity, Ss’ existing knowledge is activated.
Activity 2: Pre-watching
Predict what you will see in the video?

Ss are encouraged to predict and sort out the categories of the given items.
Activity 3: Watching for main ideas
While watching, consider:
1) Is your prediction correct?
2) Can you divide the video into parts? What’s the main idea?

Ss are inspired to watch with questions, which helps them to locate specific information and grasp the main idea quickly.
