Li Hua and Lucy have something in common: they are both interested in each other's cultures. On the day of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Li Hua and Lucy dressed themselves up in special costumes. They also carried colorful lanterns.
They arrived at the park, which was full of people. As they walked, Li Hua and Lucy guessed lantern riddles. Those riddles were difficult. After all, Lucy was excited because she had correctly figured out a riddle and won a small prize. Lucy was grateful for Li Hua's help. They ate mooncakes ranging from sweet to salty.
Li Hua took advantage of this opportunity to introduce Lucy to the origin and customs of the Mid-Autumn Festival. He explained that it was celebrated as a harvest festival in ancient times. As time faded away, the Mid-Autumn Festival has evolved into a reunion festival.
