Ss:Yes/No. T:What kind of animals do you like? S1:Pets. S2:Big and dangerous animals. Show some pictures about some special animals to the class.Let the students discuss the questions in groups.Then let them present their results in front of the class. 2.Show the students learning aims. 二次备课 二、教学过程 Step 1: New words learning 1.lead students look at the pictures and try to read and remember the new words by themselves. 2.let students read and remember these words for one minute. 3.Check new words and play a game.Students choose a Chinese meaning,then read and spell the English word. 设计意图 Let students know and learn the new words by showing some pictures and real scene.Students can use the new words easily. Step 2:Reading Give students some time to read the text themselves. Correct their pronunciation when necessary. Then,the teacher explain the text in Chinese,make sure the Ss can understand the meaning of text. At last,pay attention to the long sentences: With their long ears,they also remind people of rabbits. They are famous for their large noses. It can jump out of the water and flap its wings up to 70 times a second. The teacher should help students to learn the passage.
