Learning Aims Through this course, students will be able to: 1. Learn and build up a vocabulary of topics around the theme "art". 2. Use effective vocabulary learning strategies to develop topical vocabulary and expressions. 3. Use the target vocabulary accurately to talk about content related to the subject of "art". III. Teaching ideas The teacher first leads the students to review the newly learned vocabulary in the reading text. Then, through three different practical activities, students are guided to learn and experience three effective vocabulary learning strategies: word formation, word deconstruction and word mind map. Understand the importance of vocabulary learning strategies. Next, students are asked to use the vocabulary they have learned in specific contexts to accumulate subject-related English expressions. Secondly, the identification of synonyms helps students to consolidate their vocabulary. Finally, the students are asked to rewrite the text based on the vocabulary mind map, make audio, and complete the task-based language activities. Ⅳ.
