Learning Aims The second period: Through this course, students will be able to: 1. predict the content of the text according to text features. 2. Sort out Dr. Lin Qiaozhi's life and deeds in chronological order. 3. Summarize Dr. Lin Qiaozhi's several significant choices, and the principles of life, characters and virtues embodied in these choices. 4. Establish a positive outlook on life and values from Lin Qiaozhi's life experience, and her views on life choices. The third period: Through this course, students will be able to: 1. Identify the genre structure features of character biography. 2. Analyze the complex sentence patterns in the text and find the sentences worth remembering or appreciating. 3. Use the new words or sentences correctly in combination with the context, summarize what you have learned, and express your life goals and dreams. Ⅲ. Teaching ideas In the second lesson, students can learn about Dr. Lin's life experience through reading, analyze her life choices and character, and get inspiration from this outstanding person, establish correct values, and plan their own life. In the third lesson, students can observe and summarize the text features and language features of the biography, pay attention to the language structure, and then use the language to express and transfer the application.
