(P.18, Ex.2, question 3) 【学习任务七】 Complete the chart: differences between the informal and formal email 【学习任务八】 Find example sentences using the simple sentence structures in the email. 推荐的学习资源 学写私人邮件-素材储备 1．文体介绍 私人邮件一般为非正式文体，是与亲密朋友、家人等熟人间的往来书信，语言简短、结构清晰，文中常出现非正式词汇及词的缩写形式，常使用感叹号等标点。 2．篇章结构 电子邮件基本格式包括：收件人、发件人、主题和正文内容，与一般书信格式基本一致。具体格式如下： From：发信人邮箱地址 To：收信人邮箱地址 Subject：主题 Dear Sir or Madam：称呼 Greetings：问候 Body：正文（写信的原因、信件的主要内容、自己的期望或要求等） Ending and wishes：结束语及祝愿 Signature：签名 3．常用表达 （1）称呼：称呼在邮件中非常重要，根据写信人与收件人的关系亲近与否使用不同的问候语。如果写给关系比较亲密的朋友，可以用“＋姓（last name）／名”或“Hi＋姓（last name）／名”等，如Dear Kelly，Hi Kelly；如果写给家人，可以用“My dear＋称呼”，如My dear father；如果是很正式的邮件则不能直呼其名，可使用“Dear Mr／Mrs／Prof.＋全称／姓（last name）”；如果不知道收信人是男还是女，可以用“Dear Sir or Madam”。 （2）问候语及正文 ①问候语可以先从寒暄开始，问问近况，例如： How is everything?
