Three Meals a Day(一日三餐)
There are three meals a day. They are breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is very important. Lunch and dinner are important too. We should eat three meals a day. We often have some rice, congee(粥), eggs, bread or milk for breakfast. At noon, we usually eat rice, some meat, some fish and some vegetables. In the evening, we like eating some noodles, some fruits and so on.
