Unit 7 Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes Section A（3a-3c）Mom Knows Best教学设计 【主题语境】属于“人与自我”和“人与社会”的范畴，涉及家庭和家庭生活，“人与社会”中的尊长爱幼，懂得感恩。 【语篇研读】《Mom Knows Best》，这篇文章属于诗歌体裁。这首诗表达了母亲对孩子浓浓的爱，其主要内容是作者婴儿、儿童、青春期三个时期与妈妈相处的片段，以及成人以后对儿时叛逆的行为感到后悔，懊悔没有听妈妈的话，突出母亲对自己无私、包容、深沉的爱。虽然是诗歌，但是以故事的形式在孩子的成长的各个场景中描述了母亲与孩子的互动，学生能够感同深受，为之触动，引起共鸣。一、教学目标：Knowledge aims(知识目标）： Important words: tiny, cry, field, hug, lift, awful, regret, poem Important phrases: stay by my side, run through, keep...from..., give sb. a hug, lift...up, talk back sb. think back to...
