通知 通知一般是上级对下级、组织对成员或平行单位部署工作、传达事情或召开会议等所使用的应用文。高考英语写作中的通知一般会结合考生的生活实践,公布即将发生的事,如宣布举行各种比赛、听讲座、参观画展、举办晚会、召开研讨会等。 通知一般分为口头通知(Oral Announcement)和书面通知(Written Notice)两大类。通知与书信、日记等应用文一样,有固定的格式。正文通常包括三部分内容:1.活动内容;2.活动的时间、地点及参与对象;3.注意事项。通知要求言简意赅、措辞得当、时间及时。 通知标题一般为 ANNOUNCEMENT 或NOTICE,并且居中。然后是正文,正文之后,发布通知的单位或个人通常放在右下角,发布时间也放在右下角。 万能模板 口头通知 Ladies and gentlemen/Boys and girls, May I have your attention,please?
