We lived in a small house. 教学方法 情景教学法、游戏法、角色扮演法 教学准备 图片、录音、PPT课件 教学过程 Step 1：warm-up 1.Greetings. 2. 教师与学生自由会话，帮助学生回顾一般过去时的用法。 T: Did you have a good time during your winter holiday? What did you do in your holidays? Step 2 Preview T: In the winter holiday, you had a lot of changes. Now you are older and cleverer .I am very glad to see your changes. Everything is changing. No change, no progresses. Step 3 Presentation 1.Look, listen and say. （1）在课件上展示课本上的两幅图片，让学生仔细观察图片。并询问第一幅图片凳子上里有什么东西。S1: Two cats. 教师补充说出完整句子“There are two cats on the chair.” （2）以同样方式询问第二幅图片的凳子上有什么。引导学生说出“There is only one cat.” （3）带领学生思考前后两幅图凳子上猫的数量变化，说出一般过去时句子“There were two.”。并讲解There be句型的用法以及一般过去时的含义。 （4）在课件上展示多组过去和现在对比的图片，让学生根据所学句型造句。并分组比赛哪个小组答得快。 2.Listen, read and act out. （1）学习新单词。 1）Listen to the tape and circle the new words. 2）Learn new words. (通过单词卡片，采用集体读，个别读，男读，女读等多种方式学习。) （2）讲解课文部分。 1）Listen and answer. What’s the programmer about? 2）在课件上呈现下列问题。让学生再次听第二三段录音并回答下列问题。 ①How was the life many years ago? ②How about the life now? 录音播放完毕后让学生进行小组讨论，然后请个别同学进行回答，教师予以评价和更正。 Step 4:practice 1.Listen and read after it。 2.Role-play. Step5：Summary 本课时学习了怎样将过去和现在的生活进行对比。重点掌握句型There were/weren’t...There are... We lived in...many years ago. We live in...now. Step6：Homework 1. Read the text. 2.
