S1：It’s near the table. T: Where is the picture? S2: It’s on the wall. T: Who wants to ask …? (请几位同学模仿老师向其他的同学问答，用Where is the …句型。) T：今天我们要来学习一些生活中常去的公共场所。 二、揭示课题，明确目标（老师口述或小黑板出示） 三、自主学习，导学达标 1. （自学指导一）T：（出示挂图）Look at the picture, 仔细观察景物特点，你能说出这些单词的意思吗？请说说你判断的依据？ （红十字代表医院，书店的招牌上有书的标志…） 2. T：让我们来听听这些单词是怎么发音的？你能模仿吗？ ⑴听第一遍录音，仔细分辨发音特点。 ⑵听第二遍录音，小声跟读，注意模仿。 ⑶听第三遍录音，大声跟读，看谁读得最准。 3. T: 你自学会读了哪几个？给大家展示一下吧！（请读得好的学生当小老师教其他学生读单词。） （容易的post office/bookstore/cinema先教，自由穿插小游戏作为练习。hospital和science museum发音稍微复杂一些，最好老师教。） 4. 出示Let’s learn部分的图片，请学生仔细看图片。老师提问：Where is the cinema/post office/bookstore/……?  ①学生回答: It’s next to the bookstore.… ②板书句型: Where is the cinema? It’s next to the bookstore.” ③领读、指名读句子，并纠正学生错误发音。 ④小组内用句子: Where is the cinema/post office/bookstore/……?   It’s ……进行关键词的替换练习，鼓励学生人人参与。 ⑤小组展示（可多找几组展示，及时给予评价）。 四、当堂训练，全员达标 1.Make a map and talk 如：现在你们都是城市设计师，请大家设计一张地图，设计之后会有记者来采访。（老师请学生先在方框里填上单词和短语，然后再根据所填的地图进行问答练习。）让学生利用单词卡设计城市规划图，并在班里选几名学生当小记者去采访“设计师”，逐个提问：“Where is a pet hospital?
