Firstly, there is no doubt that the academic pressure comes the first. As the college entrance examination approaches, countless exam papers and learning materials pile up on the desk, almost wearing me out. What’s worse, being trapped in the bottleneck period make my concerns growing. Secondly, mental pressure sometimes drives me into a corner. Facing the important turning point in life, I am always concerned about my grades and future. Sometimes my body even experiences several unpleasant symptoms, such as going through sleeplessness at night, having a declining appetite for food, falling into self-doubt and so on. Thirdly, the pressure of life also lets me down. In order to make good preparation, I have to give up many interests and hobbies, and even have little time left for gatherings with family and friends. Long periods of high-pressure life have discouraged me from enjoying life, and I have begun to doubt whether I can withstand all of these. Finally, time management frustrates me as well. With the college entrance examination approaching, I increasingly fear that I am running out of time. As a result, I try to develop a detailed study plan, but I am always disrupted by unexpected events, thus unable to complete the tasks on time, for which I am forced to adjust my plan constantly .
