学情
分析
本课时是人教版六年级下册第一单元的第二课时,与第一课时紧密相连,围绕“恐龙的身高”展开话题。本课时包括Let’s try 和 Let’s talk 两个板块。Let’s try是听力训练,呈现的是关于恐龙的材料。通过听力的练习,学生们获得场景信息,为下面进入正确的对话做好准备。Let’s talk呈现张鹏和Mike 在博物馆讨论恐龙的场景。恐龙是一种神秘的动物,学生们都非常感兴趣。本课时恐龙馆情景的设置,可以激发学生求知的欲望,鼓舞了学生想要用英语表达的热情。
本课时出现了很多生词和词组,dinosaur, hall, maybe, both of,more,over there,这些单词和词组的读音、语义对于学生都有一定的困难,老师应该借助一定的语境、肢体语言、图片等方法帮助学生学习和理解。

Teacher leads students to learn tall-taller-tallest.
