The exporter loads the cargo on board and sents shipping advice by cable to importer without delay,reminding importer to effect insurance for the cargo, Import gets shipping advice on the weekend, insurance company does not work,on the first working day after the weekend,importer covers the cargo against risk with the insurance company and finishes all of  insurance formalities.In the morning of the second working day, importer receives a cable from exporter and agent of shipping company telling the cargo was damaged because of fire of vessel on the weekend. Importer immediately files claim with the cable against insurance company.
