What:These are conversations about asking others what clubs do they join and what they can do.
Why:Let students know how to how to asking others what clubs do they join and what they can do and let students know the cultural difference between China and the western in terms of after-school activities.
How:The situation of the conversations provides many words of skills , abilities and clubs which can help students to know more about it.
教学目标
By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:
1. 语言能力:master key vocabulary and:dance, swim, sing, draw,speak English, play chess,play the guitar English club, art club, music club, chess club, swimming club.
master sentence patterns: 1. -Can you swim? -Yes, I can./No, I can't.
2. -What club do you want to join?
-We want to join the chess club.
2. 学习能力:actively cooperate and communicate with others to improve listening, speaking and communication skills; master how to talk about the ability by learning new words and patterns and improve viewing ability by looking at pictures and videos.
3. 文化意识:understand the different situations of after-school activities in Chinese and foreign cultures , and improve our intercultural communication ability through learning the expressions of various clubs.
4. 思维品质:think accordingly when watching videos and pictures to improve the ability of observation and discrimination; enhance the ability of innovative by thinking some creative details in the post-listening activities.
