Functions of Inspection商品检验的作用 If the commodity has been inspected by the authoritative specialized import and export commodities inspection authority and a commodity inspection certificate issued, the certificate will serve to ascertain where the trouble lies and who is to blame. 检验机构检验或鉴定后出具相应的检验证书，作为买卖双方交接货物、支付货款和进行索赔、理赔的重要依据。 4 2. Classifications of Inspection商品检验的分类 The governmental inspection authorities are committed to implementing the compulsory inspection on the important imported and exported commodities related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood in accordance with the concerning laws and regulations.
