(2) join多指参加某组织、党派、俱乐部或社会团体, 成为其中的一个成员。如： He joined the League in 2011. 他在2011年入团。 I’m thinking of joining a singing club. 我正在考虑加入唱歌俱乐部。 join in 参加正在进行的竞赛、娱乐、谈话等活动。如: We all join in the celebration. 我们都参加了那次庆典。 (3) play与表达乐器的名词连用时，乐器前一般要加定 冠词the，若play后面接球类名词时，名词前不用任 何冠词。如： My father plays the guitar (吉他) well. 我父亲吉他弹得很好。 Jack enjoys playing basketball on Sundays. 杰克喜欢在星期天打篮球。 2.
