The Definition of“Contract” 　　In the Contract Law of People’s Republic of China, contracts are seen as agreements between equal natural persons, legal persons, and other organizations for the purpose of establishing, altering and terminating mutual civil rights and obligations. 　　To make it simpler, a contract, according to Wikipedia, is a promise that is legally enforceable and, if violated, allows the injured party to have access to legal remedies. 译　文 4 译文 1.“合同”的定义 在《中华人民共和国合同法》中，合同是指平等的自然人、法人和其他组织之间为确立、变更和终止相互的民事权利和义务而订立的协议。 根据维基百科简单地说，合同是一个或多个承诺，可以在法律上强制执行，如果违反，允许受害方获得法律补救。 返回 02 Part 1 Basic Knowledge 2.
