Dear Sirs,
S/C No. AQP-1033
We acknowledge receipt of your letter dated January 13 enclosing the captioned S/C in duplicate. But we wish to state that after going through the clauses of the S/C, we find that the packing clause is not clear enough. In order to eliminate possible future trouble, we would like to make clear beforehand.
Our packing requirements are as follows:
All the apricot kernels are wrapped in plastic bags and packed in cans, the lids of which are sealed with adhesive tape. Twelve cans are packed in a wooden case, which is nailed, and secured by overall metal strapping.

We look forward to receiving your shipping advice and thank you in advance.
Yours faithfully,
