There are many possible risks which may cause damage or loss of the goods. Therefore, the importer and exporter will take some measures to avoid or transfer these risks. Insurance is almost a must for the international trade nowadays. There are different kinds of insurance which may cover different risks. In this unit, we are going to learn the most commonly-used ones. Meanwhile, all the commodities have to go through the inspection conducted by the relevant administrative organizations in order to insure the quality of the commodities and promote the smooth development of the international trade.
