Shipment
A: Here are some of our catalogs. And samples of tea. What do you think
about them?
B: To see is to believe. First I’d like to know the possible date of Shipment
before we come to the point. If we buy your stock we can make our
arrangements.
A: Generally speaking, shipment will be made within two weeks to your
country after receipt of your L/C, and it usually takes at least one month
and a half to reach your port. Also time of shipment can’t be advanced
too much if you prefer direct vessel.

B: Would you please contact your shipping agent for an earlier shipment? Or ship us at least one third of the tea for urgent need of our market.
A: I’ll try.
B: If you can, the balance will be transshipped.
A: If so, you must bear the additional charges.
B: No problem. As long as they can reach us before the season.
A: You are assured of that if transshipment is allowed. Transshipment in
Hong Kong will only take route to your port. I believe the shipment will
reach you ahead of your originally scheduled time.
B:May the things go as what we expect.
