One company(A) imported goods from another company (B) by CFR. The goods are shipped on board on 31th December 2012, and then B send the shipping advice to A on time. A planned to insure W.P.A for the goods on 4th January 2013.

Should the insurance company compensate the damage occurring on 2nd January 2013? Why?
