外贸合同中 支付条款的签订 外贸合同中支付条款的一般内容 支付条款一般需要规定的内容有： 1、金额； 2、支付方式（如L/C及其种类, T/T, D/P,或D/A等）； 3、如果支付方式是L/C，则需要规定买方申请开证的期限； 如果支付方式是T/T，则需要规定买方汇款的期限； 如果支付方式是远期D/P或D/A，则需要规定远期的期限。 4、有时，还规定出口商应当提交的单据种类等。 支付条款的签订例解 信用证结算条款例解 汇款结算条款例解 托收结算条款例解 国际保理结算条款例解 福费庭结算条款例解 通常要求出口商提供的单据（条款举例） 信用证结算方式 通常，贸易合同中规定采用信用证方式结算货款时，可能会同时规定以下内容的一项或多项： （1）信用证的金额(Amount) ； （2）开证时间（Time of issuing)； （3）受益人(Beneficiary)的详细名称和地址； （4）信用证的种类(Type / Kind)； （5）信用证要求的单据(Documents Required) ； （6）信用证的交单期(Time of presentation)； （7）信用证的有效期(Time of Expiration)； （8）信用证的到期地点(Place of Expiry) （9）对开证银行(Issuing Bank）的要求等。 信用证结算条款举例 例1：The buyer shall open letter of credit, in favor of the seller and addressed to seller against first presentation of the following documents to issuing bank.
