Important points of teaching (1) Students can feel the changes of author’s emotions in varying periods when seeing Peking Opera, master language related to Peking Opera and put it into use. Teaching procedures Step 1 Lead-in Teacher first shows a video of an opera and asks what the video is about. Students watch the video and answer. Teacher introduces Hamlet in brief and show pictures about Peking Opera and says, “We are not familiar with operas, but we know Peking Opera.
