Task: Can you match the following holidays with the related information?
Discussion activities:
1: What festivals do you know in English?
What words do you know about festivals?
2: What are the special things or activities for these holidays?
Step 2. Listening Practice
First listening:
Task 1: Ask the students to match the dialogues with the related holidays.
Words preparation: learn the words on holidays.
Second listening:

3. What are they doing with the tree in Dialogue C?

Ask the students to discuss about the three holidays in the dialogues. Then ask them to discuss the following questions

Step 3 : Listening practice
Ask the students to listen to two conversations and choose the right answer. Then ask them to check and share the answers with the whole class.
Step 4 : Homework
1. Make a Ppt file to introduce “The Dragon Boat Festival, Mother’s Day”
2. Complete the exercises in the workbook.
The students discuss and finish the task, then share the information with the whole class.
