Unit 2 Great people Task 设计说明 通过对前期所学的伟人的描述让学生快速回顾，同时导入本课所要介绍的人物袁隆平。要求学生带着问题浏览袁隆平的资料，快速找到自己所需信息并分析文章结构。通过活动让学生说一说最崇拜的人物以及崇拜他（她）的原因，学生有机会比较、使用各种复杂句、复合句，为后面的写作做铺垫。通过搭建框架，让学生总结出文章层次及各层次的内容要求并自主完成写作任务。 教学目标 通过本课节的教学，让学生达成以下目标： 1.知识目标 掌握词汇：hybrid, title, agriculture, hunger, advantage, contribution, increase, production, development, work as, die of, happen to, be introduced into, at present 2.能力目标 (1)读懂有关袁隆平的笔记，了解他的贡献； (2)利用笔记补全短文。 3.情感目标 学习袁隆平精神——专注中国梦、实现中国梦。 重点难点 1.重点：掌握描述名人几个主要方面的词组和句式。 2.难点：完成一篇介绍名人的文章。 教学准备 PPT课件；相关图片 授课时数 1课时 教学过程 Step 1 Lead-in 1.
