授课科目：英语 课题名称：Food and drinks 课题类型：听说课 授 课 人： 吴冬英 授课班级：22级保育1班 Unit 6 Food and Drinks Listening &Speaking 1、 教材分析 本课教学内容选自高等教育出版社出版的“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材，《英语1基础模块》中第六单元的听说（Listening and Speaking）板块，听说部分，要求学生能在对话交际中获得关于饮食的信息，并谈论与饮食相关的内容。 2、 学情分析 饮食是和学生生活息息相关的话题，不少学生也会关注网络“吃播”，对这一话题有兴趣度。对于一些常见的饮食表达，如dumpling和steak，学生有一定了解，但对更多种类饮食的谈论能力有限，用英文列举、讨论美食的知识储备不充分，暂时也不具备提供点餐服 务的职场语言沟通能力，因此需要激发学生兴趣，引导学生从语言输入到输出，从跟读模仿，到控制性练习，最后到点餐情境下的有效语言交际。 3、 教学目标 1.听懂谈论餐饮的对话，并简要记录食物名称等关键信息； 2.准确应用常见句型谈论饮食相关内容，表达用餐意图，完成点餐交际，如： I’d like… What do you recommend? 3.礼貌得体地应用常见句型提供点餐服务，如： Can I take your order now? What would you like to have/eat/drink?
