It’s xx’s. （二）能力目标: 培养学生认真观察事物能力、发散思维的能力、合作探究能力、解决问题的能力及语言表达能力 （三）情感态度目标:让学生乐于接触外国文化,增强祖国意识。二、教学重难点: 1、单词 beautiful， whose， queen， close 的发音。 2、 London is a big city. It’s very big and very beautiful. It’s close to the queen’s house. Whose xx is it ? 等句子的理解和运用 三、教具准备:课件、卡片、图片。 四、教学过程: Step1.Warming up. 1. Greeting : Hello , boys and girls! How are you ? 等 2. Play a game. Draw and guess. First I draw a big apple and a small apple. Revise the word big and small. Then I draw a boy and a girl in order to revise tall and short. (设计意图:师生间简单的对话拉近了距离,为新课的开展营造了良好的氛围。Game的应用，不仅提高了学生的学习积极性,消除紧张的心理，而且复习了以前学过的几个形容词，为本课的导入做好了铺垫。) Step2. Review and leading in 1. Chant. 2. Look at some pictures. What can you see? Look at Picture1. Now let' s watch .通过 chant及动作学生进一步复习了之前学的一些形容词， big，small，tall，short等形容词。播放活动一动画，请学生看图感知形容词的用法。再次播放录音,请学生跟读,注意 ship发音，讲授并操练。 (设计意图:通过 chant及简短的对话,自然的过渡到新课的学习,让学生有个整体的感知。) Step3. Presentation1.
