课 题 Unit 7 Finding a Job (Listening and Speaking) 课 型 Listening and Speaking 课 时 2 授课班级 授课时间 90mins 授课教师 教材分析 本课教学内容选自《英语 拓展模块》第七单元“Finding a Job”听说板块（Listening and Speaking）。本板块内容以求职应聘为主题，教学内容要求在求职应聘的语境中，学生能够进行求职应聘的对话，概括求职方的诉求和招聘方的关注点；熟悉面试过程中询问信息与介绍个人情况的功能语句，口头简单谈论自己的工作期望和更换工作的理由；能够向同伴寻求更换工作的建议，完成与企业人力资源部经理的面试应聘对话。 学情分析 求职应聘是与学生职业生涯紧密相关的话题。学生有实习或兼职工作面试的体验，因而学生有进行本话题讨论的话题基础。学生已学习过谈论个人信息和实习经历的话题，了解有关询问并提供个人信息的表达，如apply for、major in等词汇以及“May I have your name?”“Can you tell me something about ...?”等句型。但学生存在话题词汇量少，自主获取知识和系统总结所学内容的意识较差，表达的意愿和英语综合应用能力较弱。因而，教师在课堂上通过组织求职应聘的各个活动，可帮助学生先进行理解模仿，再到替换练习，熟悉职业场景，最后能够完成求职应聘和介绍理想职业的对话内容。活动由易及难，不断增强学生表达的自信心，提高表达能力。 学习目标 Knowledge objective Master the useful expressions about a job interview and a dream job.
