Now let’s watch and answer.教师播放课文动画，整体感知文本。 Q:Who sent the letter to Sam and Amy?（引出“sent”教读） Ss：Laura. 2.Read and answer Q1：Where is Laura from? Q2:What does Laura want to do next year? Q3:What has Daming got? 3. Let’s check 在检查过程中，教授单词often difficult点读跟读，教师引导规范发音。个别提问，回答问题。 4.Sharp eyes 5.Listen and find the sentences“and、but” Step3.Practices 1.Read in groups and fill in the blanks 2.Make a sentence 3.Read and complete 4.Let’s chant 5.Work in groups 以句型 ”I have got …”来描述自己拥有的东西，或者用句型 ”Have you got …?”来询问他人是否拥有某物。还可以将句型进行扩展。 Step4.Summary and和but 的用法： and意思是“那么，和” ，表示顺接。 Please write to me and we can be pen friends. but意思是“但是”， 表示转折。 I live in New York, but I am not American.
