年级 高一 课型 Reading: Just a Brother 文本解读 What：本单元的主题语境是“人与自我”，涉及的主题语境内容为家庭生活。记录了在2016年世界铁人三项系列赛墨西哥站的比赛中，来自英国的Brownlee兄弟共同演绎的一段“铁人兄弟、相扶共济”的动人佳话。文章通过描写Alistair在冲刺铁人三项的时候放弃最后的冲刺，转而去扶着自己的弟弟Jonny，共同冲向终点的故事，传达出家人之间互相帮助，相互有爱的力量是巨大的。 How：本文的语篇类型为新闻特写，文章运用一般过去时和现在完成时进行描写。以世界铁人三项系列比赛尾声的一幕作为第一自然段激发了读者的兴趣，同时奠定了感情基调。文章主体着重描写了比赛细节和相关的背景信息，重点突出，但并没有事无巨细。描述情景时使用很多动词和两位主角的原话，比如caught，pull,“obviously, when your older brother is doing it, you think it’s a cool thing to do”使作品具有强烈的现场感。本篇新闻特写的结尾为事件的总结，简洁有力，出人意料。 Why：作者希望通过对Brownlee brothers在比赛中展示出的家人之间的爱，进而能够引发学生思考自己与家人之间的相处模式，加深对家庭生活、家人关系和亲情的理解，形成正确的家庭观、价值观和人生观。 学情分析 本节课的授课对象为普通中学高一的学生。大部分学生对英语学习有兴趣，但英语语言能力一般，仅能用完整的句子转述信息，但缺乏完整、清晰、有逻辑的表达观点的能力。该年龄段的学生正处于青春期阶段，正是人生观、价值观形成的关键时期。这一阶段的学生在心理和行为上表现出强烈的自主性，他们的感情外部表现却并不明显，这阻碍着父母与子女的相互了解。 教学目标 After this class, students are able to: 1.
