Last year, my team-mates and I competed in the “modern logistics integrated operation” event at ChinaSkills. After two hard days’ race, we won first prize. We were excited but nervous at first. Zhou Ran, our team leader, told us to take it easy and not to worry too much about the result. His gentle encouragement was effective.
