Book2 Unit6 The Admirable 在本单元的功能 本课为Period 6 Lesson 3 The superhero behind superman（I） 本课时文本分析 本课主题是人与社会。阐述了著名人物的优秀品行、正确价值观念、生命意义与价值、公益事业、人际关系和社会交往。本课讲述了美国著名好莱坞电影演员Christopher Reeve的感人故事。通过本课的学习，学生可以了解到他的生活经验，分析名人的个体特征，能够从他的身上获得激励。积极乐观的态度鼓舞仅不是超人电影中的超级英雄，也是现实生活中的超级英雄。 学情分析 本节课授课对象为普通班学生，学生总体英语基础比较弱，但他们的学习态度比较认真。学生初步具备在阅读中获取细节信息的能力。通过第六单元前两课的学习和自身生活经验积累，他们对单元话题the admirable有了相对深刻的理解，但大多数学生在归纳推理、分析、论证及批判评价等方面的能力仍很薄弱。 教学重难点 1. 讨论Christopher Reeve的经历，并且分析他的品质。 2. 解释the Superhero Behind Superman背后的真正的精神。 评价内容与标准 本课主要使用任务型教学（task-based method）和图片展示，根据教学内容由浅入深、由易到难、层层深入，通过师生之间在课堂活动上的speaking,asking,answering questions以及学生的oral speaking 的展示来完成整体教学。 学习活动设计 单元教学（学习） 目标 课时教学（学习）目标 学习活动（层次） 效果评价 设计意图 用时 Leading in 分析主题，体现思维品质。 1.
