辨析:Excuse me. 与I’m sorry.
Excuse me. 是有礼貌的事前用语。用于问路、问事以及插话、表示异议的场合中。
I’m sorry. 是有礼貌的事后用语。用于表示认错、道歉等。
e.g. —Excuse me, do you have a pen?
打扰一下,你有钢笔吗?
—Sorry, I don’t have one.
对不起,我没有。
事前打扰别人用excuse me。
不能满足对方要求,道歉用sorry。
