Ss：I think…is the best. T：Why do you think so? Ss：It has… 设计意图：通过看电影的话题，让同学们讨论本地电影院的设备、服务等情况，很自然地导入本节课所接触到的形容词的最高级形式。 Step 2　畅通Grammar Focus回顾语法重点 【操作案例】 Ask the students to read the sentences in Grammar Focus in pairs. 总结：运用形容词和副词的最高级。 Step 3　完成教材3a－3c的任务 【操作案例】 1．要求学生熟读3a中的句子，理解句子的含义，并且根据自己的理解用所给单词的适当形式填空。然后邀请几位同学给出自己的答案，全班一起检查讨论。 T：There are some sentences in 3a.Let's read and fill in the blanks with the correct words. 2．让几位同学带上单词的适当形式读句子，讲解句子，然后订正答案。教师要注意发音，及时纠正。 3．巩固练习。让学生在规定的时间内完成一些小练习，然后邀请若干同学给出自己的答案。 4.完成教材3b的任务。利用课本方框中提供的信息，根据本地的实际情况，两人一组进行对话练习，并邀请2－3对同学当堂进行演示。 5．完成教材3c的任务。要求学生根据自己的实际情况，使用教材提供的材料进行小组讨论和对话，并邀请2－3对同学当堂进行演示。 T：Near our school there are many places to have lunch.Think of three restaurants and write the information in the chart.Then discuss them in groups and decide on the best place to have lunch. 设计意图：通过听、说、读、写的训练，让学生掌握形容词最高级的句型结构与用法，培养学生的语言综合运用能力。 知识点拨 ▲I think he's much better than other actors.我认为他比其他的演员好得多。 形容词比较级可用来表达最高级的意思，且可与最高级互相转换。其常用结构有： (1)比较级＋than any other＋单数名词 (2)比较级＋than the other＋复数名词 ▲How much is a meal？一顿饭多少钱？ how much询问价钱，还可以询问数量。 Step 4　随堂练习 根据句意及首字母提示完成句子。 1．I think this movie is bad，but that one is worse__ than this one. 2．—What do you think of the clothes store? —It has the best service__，but it has the worst quality clothes. 3．—Can you give me a menu__？I want to order my food. —OK.Here you are. 4．People usually have three meals__ a day.
