(Mr Brown, a supervisor, is now speaking at a meeting.)
Good morning, everybody.
We are here today to talk about safety in our workplace. Even though we have done a lot to avoid hazards, we still find certain risks around us.
First, the fire extinguisher on the left-hand side of the door has not been refilled, and this could be disastrous in case of an emergency. So, have it refilled right now.
Second, a switch on the back wall is broken. It could cause a power failure, an electric shock or even a fire. Therefore, it should be replaced immediately.
Third, Kate, your hair is too long. This could cause you a lot of trouble while you are operating machines. So you need to tie it back or have it cut short.
Lastly, I really hope that everybody works carefully, responsibly, and follows the safety rules strictly. After all, no one ever wants an accident.
Thank you!
