how long意为“多久;多长”,可用于提问一段时间,也可提问物体的长度。当用于提问时间的长短时,谓语动词用延续性动词。
——你借这本书多长时间了?
——三天。

— For three days.
2.How do you like Susie's school life?你认为苏茜的学校生活怎么样?
How do you like…?意为“你认为……怎么样?”,用于提问对人或事物的看法。
【拓展】 What do you think of…?和 How do you feel about…?句式也可用于提问对人或事物的看法。
你认为北京的食物怎么样?
How do you like the food in Beijing?
3. I've been at River School,London,since I was eleven.从十一岁开始,我就在伦敦的里弗学校上学。
since引导的时间状语从句,从句通常用一般过去时,主句用现在完成时。
【拓展】(1)since后加时间点,常用于现在完成时中。
(2)since then “从那以后”,常用于现在完成时中。
