1. send的用法
作动词,意为“发送;寄”,后可接双宾语,常见结构send sth.to sb.=send sb.sth.意为“把某物寄给某人”。
我们可以给吉姆寄一张贺卡。

2.Many students ask for advice about how to improve their English.许多学生询求关于怎样提高英语(水平)的建议。
(1)ask for意为“请求(给予)”,ask for advice意为“询求建议”。有时也可用ask sb.for sth.表示“请求某人给予某物”。
(2)how to improve是“疑问词+动词不定式”结构,作介词about的宾语。
①Little Mike often __asks__ __for__(请求给予)money from his sister.

3.Each time you will learn something new.每次你将会学到一些新东西。
在英语中,形容词修饰复合不定代词时,应置于复合不定代词之后。
