什么是幸福?
Scientists
at
Harvard
Medical
School
started
the
worlds
longest
scientific
study
of
happiness
in
1938.
After
so
many
years,
this
year
the
research
found
that
happy
people
al
share
one
common
quality:
They
have
good
relationships.
The
Harvard
Study
of
Adult
Development
was
launched
to
find
out
what
makes
people
grow
healthy.
The
study
firstly
focused
on
724
men
but
later
expanded(扩大)
to
include
more
than
three
generations(代)
of
their
children.
In
al,
more
than
2,000
were
studied.
The
results
were
published
in
a
book—The
Good
Life:
Lessons
from
the
Worlds
Longest
Scientific
Study
of
Happiness.
The
researchers
found
that
having
strong,
positive
relationships
makes
people
feel
the
happiest.
The
relationships
could
be
with
a
partner,
another
family
member,
or
a
friend.
“The
reason
why
the
relationships
may
be
the
key
to
happiness
is
that
they
help
people
manage
stress,”
said
Dr
Robert
Waldinger,
the
study
director.
In
addition,
the
study
concluded
that
a
chalenging
life
is
often
a
happy
one
because
people
get
satisfaction
from
doing
hard
tasks,
such
as
raising
children
or
opening
a
business.
The
study
found
its
also
OK
not
to
feel
