便条(Note)
一、便条是一种简单的书信，常见的有假条、留言条等。
二、便条一般包括：
1.日期(一般不需要“年”，有必要时，甚至可写出钟点。）
2.称呼(如果是家人或熟友，可随便些；
3.正文(大多简短)；
4.谦称；
5.署名(方式与称呼相应)。
格式：

I have got a cold and cough badly so I can't go to school. I'm writing to ask for sick leave of two days.

刘老师：

三、请假常用语：
1.Please give an extension of leave for three days.
请准予续3天假为盼。
2.I beg to apply for one week's leave of absence from the 11th to the17th instant,both days inclusive,in order to…
因…我要求请假一星期，从本月11日到17日止。
3. 请假条有时的内容还可更丰富些。
例文：
假如你是李华，你的美国老师Miss Morgan 要求你们明天下午去听一个美国历史的讲座。你因故不能参加。请你根据以下要点，写一封信向Miss Morgan请假。
内容要点：
1.表示歉意
2.理由：去机场接人
3.询问：是否有录音，以便补听讲座
注意：
1.词数:100 左右
2.可根据内容要点适当增加细节，以使行文连贯
