重点：

学生能够理解对话大意；.能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话;能够在情景中运用句型 He has...and his...描述外貌特征能在情景中恰当运用句型：He’s/She’s...He/She has...描述人物的性格和外貌特征；能够在语境中理解新词or,right,glasses,shoes的意思，并能正确发音。

难点：

glasses 和shoes的末尾-es和-s的发音需要重点关注；教师应引导学生了解外貌描述中的文化禁忌，如：不要对同学长得胖或戴眼镜等有歧视性语言。

学情

分析

四年级的学生，在经过三年级的一年学习之后，具备一定的语言感知能力，且新学期开学，对新学期和新教室的话题有着天然的兴趣，能更好的进入本课时的情境，对本课时的目标句型教学有一定的辅助。

情境导入。

图片题目，引入课题。

Step 1 : Lead in

Look and think.

T: Hello, my guys. How are you today? Are you fine?

S: Fine, thanks.

T: Yeah. Today let’s learn the new lesson. First, let’s look at this picture.And let’s find out the differences.

T: Who are they?

S: Jim and Tim.

T: Do they look the same?

S: No....

T: Then let’s learn the new knowledge.

本环节通过图片导引激发学生学习兴趣，找出Tim与Jim的不同。

Part 2： Presentation

学习新知：

猜一猜Mike的朋友是谁？学习新单词和句型。

Step 2 : Presentation

Talk about the differences.

T：Next, Let’s talk about the differences. Who wants to try?

S1: Jim has a white cap.

S2: Tim has a red cap.

T: What other differences do you see?

S1: ...

S2: ...

Watch and answer.

T: Is Mike’s good friend a boy or a girl?

Is he/she tall and thin?

Please let’s watch.

T: And.. Is Mike’s good friend a boy or a girl?

S: A boy.

T: Please look at the word “or”  “或者，还是”是选择性疑问句。

A或B？它连着两个供选择的人或物。

S：....

T: Is he/she tall and thin?

S: Yes, he is.

T: 这是由“be”动词开头引导的一般疑问句。

Watch again and answer.

T: Please look at the questions.

1. Who is Mike’s good friend?
2. Does he/she have glasses?

通过对话和视频，通过对John的新朋友的猜测，要求学生带着问题听听力并找出答案，将任务型教学融入课堂。

跟读录音模仿并角色扮演，培养了学生的口语能力和应用能力。
