Culture 1 Study Tour 教学设计

教学目标

1、了解祖国名胜和一些主要英语国家的标志物。

2、能够用英语自主制定、介绍或谈论旅游计划。

3、乐于分享,敢于开口,积极参与,对了解和观光不同国家的文化名胜感兴趣。

学情分析

 五年级英语在小学英语教学中起着承上启下的作用,既是四年级的衍生又是六年级的铺垫。我们的学生已有两年半的英语学习经验,学习积极性高,学习英语的兴趣浓厚,基本能完成课标要求的内容。本文化单元主要是让学生了解国内的名胜和一些英语国家的标志物,并在本阶段语言学习的基础上,围绕旅游话题,制定、介绍、分享旅游计划。

重点难点

1、了解祖国名胜和一些主要英语国家的标志物。

2、介绍或谈论个人的旅游计划。

教学过程

【导入】Warming　up　

       Sing the song “We’re going …”

      (活跃课堂气氛,暗示本课话题)

【讲授】Look　and　read.

1. Have a try.

  Students try to read the countries and the names of the sceneries, looking

at the pictures.

(学生自主读词,突出学生的主体地位,培养学生拼读生词和探索、实践能力。)

2. Read correctly.

   At chance help students pronounce the words exactly.

(有针对性的帮助、指导,提高学生学习积极性,有助于学生读准生词。)

3. Play a memory game.

   Ss read to match and link the scenery with the country, after watching the video.

(再次激起学生的兴趣,加深印象,强化记忆)

【活动】Ask　and　answer

1. Read and line.

  Students read the dialogue and pick out some key information about Tim’s and Amy’s tour plan.

(引导学生通过自主阅读、寻读,明确主题,为交流打好基础。)

2. Pair work.

  Ss talk about personal tour plan according to the dialogue model.

(给学生创设口头交流的语言实践机会)

3.Survey record.

  Ask and record several kids’plan to form the collection.

(为写计划准备素材)
