通知模板

通知可分为口头通知(Announcement)和书面通知(Notice)两类。口头通知是当面向有关人员口授有关活动的信息，而书面通知是以布告的形式把事情通知给有关人员。通知的要素是时间、地点、对象、事件具体内容、注意事项等。通知的语言应该简洁明了、直截了当。

第一步：明确是口头通知还是书面通知

第二步：具体阐明通知的内容（时间、地点、事件等）并且要把活动的目的和意义写出来。

第三步：提醒注意，要求参加

书面通知模板：

Notice

With the aim of  _______(活动目的), there is a _____(活动名party/contest/activity) 　to be held, which you will be interested in. 

I’d like to share some details with you. As scheduled, the party/contest/activity will be held on _____(具体日期) _______ (活动地点), including ______ (活动内容). In the ______ (活动名称) you will be asked/required to _____ (活动要求). Taking part in it, not only can you gain more knowledge, but also you can broaden your horizons.
