 (1)  Read 2d carefully and answer the following questions.

①  What did Sarah do in class?______________________________

② Does Sarah like game shows?_____________________________

③ Why does Sarah like news and talk shows?___________________

④ What does Sarah want to be one day?_______________________

(2)  Listen to the tape carefully and repeat. (注意模仿语音和语调)

(3)  Work in pairs. Read aloud to your partner . Tell your partner the mistakes he or she makes. Then role-play the conversation and show it to your classmates bravely.

(4)   Grammar Focus 两人一组朗读句子并译成汉语，然后背诵给对方听。

(5)  独立完成3a-3b , 然后小组核对答案。做3a时，注意hope和 want 的用法，说出答题的思路和要点。3b要写出完整的句子。

(6)   Work in pairs and finish 3c , then act your conversation out in class.
