选择性必修一 Unit 5 Assessing Your Progress & Project 课 题 Unit 5 WOKING THE LAND Period 6 Assessing Your Progress 学 科 英语 班 级 授课教师 教 学目 标 By the end of this section, students will be able to: 1. check and consolidate what they have learnt in this unit when it comes to vocabulary, such as be comprised of, depth, and essential; 2. check and consolidate what they have learnt in this unit when it comes to grammar, like subject clause; 3. have a better understanding of the importance of Qi Min Yao Shu in our agricultural history; 4. improve their ability of self-evaluation and reflection. 教 学 主 题 该板块由两部分组成。第一部分是语言知识检测，包括活动1和活动2。活动1要求学生阅读并用所学词语补全一小段文本。该文本介绍的是我国古代农学著作《齐民要术》及其作者贾思勰的故事。在理解文本的基础上，学生需要结合自己的背景知识和文本信息，探究、理解贾思勰编写《齐民要术》的原因，以及该书在中国农业历史上的重要作用。活动2要求学生运用连接词补全带有主语从句的复杂句，在句子层面训练学生的逻辑思维。语言知识检测板块的活动力图从思维层面、语言层面巩固学生所学，拓展和提升探究农业话题的主题意义。第二部分是单元内容评价和自我反思，学生从自身的理解出发，反思和回顾单元所学，提高对农业的认识，保持继续探究这个话题的兴趣。 教 学 重 点 引导学生熟练掌握和运用本单元词汇和语法，加深对农业这一主题的理解。 教 学难 点 引导学生结合单元内容进行评价和反思，思考本单元的内容对自己产生的影响，提高自我评价和反思的能力。 教 学 内 容 与 过 程 Step 1 语言知识检测 1. 引导学生完成活动1，指导学生自我检测本单元词汇的掌握情况，并结合语篇理解 贾思勰编写《齐民要术》的原因，以及该书在中国农业历史上的重要作用。 2. 引导学生完成活动2，指导学生自我检测本单元语法的掌握情况。 Step 2 反思与评价 引导学生自由讨论单元内容评价和自我反思部分的四个问题。 · What did you learn about agriculture that you did not know before? · What interested you most about agriculture in this unit? Give your reasons. · What other important aspects of agriculture do you want to know about? · Overall, I thought this unit was interesting useful so-so difficult.
