核心语法精讲

be动词是一类动词的统称，这些动词包括： am, is, are, was, were等。根据时态和人称的不同，要选用相应的be动词。

一、be动词

be动词的过去式包括was和were。比较be动词的现在式和过去式：

	一般现在时	一般过去时
I(第一人称单数)	am	was
he, she, it(第三人称单数)	is	was
we(第一人称复数)	are	were
you(第二人称单、复数)	are	were
they(第三人称复数)	are	were

 

二、含有be动词的一般过去时

1.肯定句结构：主语+was/were. 如：

I was here yesterday. 我昨天在这里。

There were some students in this school ten years ago.十年前这所学校有一些学生。

 

2.否定句结构：主语+was/were+not..如：

I was not here yesterday. 昨天我不在这里。

They weren't busy the other day. 前几天他们不忙。

注意： was not= wasn't; were not = weren't

 

3.一般疑问句结构：Was/Were+主语.....？

肯定回答：Yes,主语 +was/were.否定回答：No,主语 +wasn't/weren't.如：

① - Was there any juice in the bottle then? -那时瓶子里有果汁吗？

-No, there wasn't.  -不，没有。

②-Were you here yesterday?  -你昨天在这里吗？

-Yes, I was.  -是，我在。

 

4.特殊疑问句结构：疑问代词/疑问副词+was/were+主语。如：

I was here yesterday. 昨天我在这里。

Who was here yesterday? 昨天谁在这里？

My trip to London was wonderful. 我的伦敦之旅很棒。

How was your trip to London?你的伦敦行怎么样？
